| Crust: 10 double graham
crackers
1/3 C melted butter
1/4 C sugar
Chill
Filling: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C sugar
3 egg yolks (beaten with fork)
Beat whites until stiff, fold in
Save some crust for top
Bake filling and crust at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool
slightly; mix together the following:
1 pt. sour
cream
1/2 C sugar
3/4 tsp.
vanilla
Spread this mixture over filling; plus some crust crumbs on top.
Put back in over for 10 min.
Chill thoroughly.
